WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR 2025 KCHD FOOD LICENSE, POST IT IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE.
COLD HOLDING EQUIPMENT WAS BROUGHT IN FOR USE WHILE THE WALK-IN COOLER AND FREEZER WERE NOT WORKING. NOW THAT THEY ARE WORKING AGAIN, REMOVE THE UNNECESSARY EQUIPMENT. NEW COOKING EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND ALL ARE NSF OR EQUIVALENT APPROVED. |
